5 Year Anniversary
Inner Harmony Celebrated it's 5 Year Anniversary this August 2011.

Children Art was this month's Gallery Hop by Imagine Foundation all proceeds were donated to Imagine!
We had a Belly Dancing Demo, a Karate Demo, a make-up demo, Turbo Kick information, & Deaf ASL Poetry!
We had a free wine tasting from Hopewell Winery! And Live Music by Levi Tucker! Thank you!
Lots of Food from our Natural Food Store, a raffle of 2 art pieces by artist Lacey Matthews and Henna by Desa Johnston!
Thank you to all of our clients for making our first 5 years so incredible! And here is to MANY more to come!!
Biggest Loser
The Inner Harmony Staff has started their 2nd biggest loser contest for any employee that wants to participate.
Everyone weighed in and measured on Thursday January 6, 2011. The competition will run 10 weeks and then a 2nd 10 week challenge will begin the following week.
The staff is weighing in once a week and have had great results from the last competition.
Megan Piper was the winner of our 1st competition that started in Sept & ran through Nov with an astonishing weightloss of 20.8 lbs. Congrats Megan we are so proud of you!
The winner of the most weight lost will win a spa day!
We are all enjoying the support & looking forward to the results! Good Luck to all!
Special Mention: Jan Summers on her own has lost 60 lbs!!! Congratulations Jan we are so proud of you!!!!!!!!
