24 hour Cancellation Policy
* You must give at least a 24 hour notice to any appointment you need to cancel.
* This gives us time to fill your appointment time with another client.
* If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hr notice you will be charged 50 % of your services if we can not fill your appointment time with another client.
* All Spa Packages must have %50 pre paid or secured with a Credit Card.
* You must arrive to your appointment on time due to the scheduling of other clients after your appointment.
* If you arrive late to your appointment
- you will still be charged for the full service amount but the
time you are late will be deducted from your service.
- this is due to the fact that we have other appointments we
must stay on time for.
